What makes this release exciting is that it allows users to move and rename MicroStation V8 files, in large batches, without causing a single broken link in the process. In addition, LinkFixerPlus can also safeguard links in MicroStation V8 files. Once safeguarded, LinkFixerPlus can then be used to automatically fix previously broken links in MicroStation V8 design files that point to external files (such as reference files, images, fonts and other linked files) - for example, when files were renamed due to a project name change or when files were moved to a new folder, disk drive or server. LinkFixerPlus allows for the reporting, validation and automatic repathing and repair of links contained within batches of MicroStation design files.
